Introduction

This PGDF program is meant for executives already working in Finance/Accounting function as well as those who aspire to work in Finance function in near future having either accounting, economics, science or engineering background.

This PGDF program shall prepare students for careers in corporate finance and treasury management, investment banking, commercial banking, insurance, asset management & portfolio management. It shall be designed to provide students with advanced skills in applied finance required in today? competitive financial environment.

Eligibility

Bachelor Degree / Diploma of any statutory University or any other recognized Foreign University.

Eligibility under Industry Sponsor

The candidate must meet the basic eligibility criteria for applying under this category. The candidate must be working in the sponsoring company at the time of admission. The top authorities like CEO or MD must sponsor the candidate and submit a letter to that effect. The candidate shall continue his services in the sponsoring company as long as he is doing the course. The moment he leaves the company, his admission will also be cancelled. The candidate must give an undertaking to that effect. Any company whose turnover is more than Rs. 5 crores shall be considered. Preference shall be given to companies having relationship with SCMHRD in terms of summer and final placements, live projects etc.

Selection Process

Candidates should first submit the PGDF application form that can be downloaded from the the link www.scmhrd.edu/PGDF_Application_Form.pdf. They shall then be called for Group Discussions and Personal Interview. In addition, adequate weightage shall be given to the candidates academic background & qualifications, work experience and extra-curricular activities.

Fee

Rs. 70,000/- for the entire program
